What to include in your message
You do not need a specification. The five points below let us reply with real questions instead of a generic call invitation:
- Who the app is for and the three things it must do.
- Platforms: iPhone, Android or both, and whether staff or customers will use it.
- Systems it must connect to: payments, booking, CRM, records or anything you already run.
- What exists today: a live app, designs, a backend, developer accounts, or nothing yet.
- Timing: any hard launch date and what sits behind it.
What happens after you send it
- Within 24 hours a senior engineer replies with clarifying questions or a proposed time for a free consultation.
- The consultation is a working session of thirty to sixty minutes: we map screens, roles and integrations and tell you what to cut from version one.
- The written scope and fixed quote follow, with milestones, deliverables and what is out of scope. There is no obligation to proceed.
Questions we will ask you
Expect questions about your users and their devices, how the current process works, which systems hold the data, whether you need offline use, what compliance or privacy rules apply in your industry, how you will measure success after launch, and who on your side will make decisions each week. Honest answers, including "we do not know yet", make the quote accurate.
Existing apps, takeovers and RFPs
If you already have an app, send the store link and tell us what is wrong with it; we start with a code and account review. If your previous developer is unavailable, say so and we will explain how a takeover works. If you have a formal RFP, attach it or paste the key requirements, and see how a project runs for how our proposal will be structured. Sign an NDA first if you prefer; we are happy to.
